By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following terms and policies.

 

Bookings and Deposits

• All bookings require a deposit to secure your appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if you reschedule at least 48 hours before your session.

• Deposits will be deducted from the final tattoo cost on the day of your appointment.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.

• Missed appointments or late cancellations (under 48 hours) may result in the loss of your deposit.

 

Studio Rules

• Clients must be aged 18 or over and must bring valid photo ID to every session.

• No alcohol or drugs before or during your appointment.

• Only one guest may accompany you into the studio (space is limited).

• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe you are unfit for tattooing.

 

Aftercare Responsibility

Our artists will provide detailed aftercare instructions following your tattoo session.

Pigmento Tattoo Studio cannot be held responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare guidance.

 

Health & Safety

• The studio operates in full compliance with local authority hygiene and infection-control regulations.

• All needles and materials are single-use and sterilised before every session.

• Please inform your artist of any allergies, skin conditions, or medical issues before your appointment.

 

Payments

• Remaining balances must be paid in full on the day of the appointment.

• We accept cash and contactless card payments.

 

Artwork Ownership

All tattoo designs and sketches remain the intellectual property of the artist and may not be copied or reproduced without consent.
